1. What We Offer

BiznizLab offers live AI training sessions taught by an AI educator. Sessions include a free 45-minute taster, single-topic sessions, tool-specific sessions, group training on request, and 1-on-1 help sessions.

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Single sessions cost CAD 49, except Level 6: AI for E-Commerce at CAD 99. All six sessions as a bundle cost CAD 249. The 1-on-1 help session costs CAD 149.

2. Booking and Payment

To book a session, send a booking request through the registration form, picking your training, date, and time. Your AI educator confirms your date and time by email.

For a paid session, you receive a payment link by email. Payment is made through Stripe Checkout. Your session is confirmed after payment.

One booking can cover up to 10 people at the per-person price. If you buy the bundle, you book the date of your first session when you register and arrange the other five sessions with your AI educator.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Payments are not refunded.

You can reschedule your session to another date and time free of charge, as long as you contact us before your session starts. Contact us at support@biznizlab.com to reschedule.

If you do not attend your session and do not contact us, the session is considered used.

If we have to cancel or reschedule a session, you can choose a new date and time free of charge or a full refund.

4. During Your Session

Sessions are live, with a maximum of 10 people per session. Bring a phone, tablet, or computer, because you practise during the session. Sessions move one step at a time, with time to ask questions.

5. Your Responsibilities

Join your session on time. Session access is for the people named in the booking only. Please treat the educator and other learners with respect.

6. Our Content

Training materials provided during a session are for your personal learning. Do not redistribute, resell, or publish them without our permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. When changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the beginning of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
